2nd Friday Artist Reception featuring Taylor Walker of TayloredIllustration

TayloredIllustration's debut show, titled "Magnetism" is a mix of watercolor African animal paintings and abstract landscape mixed-media encaustics. Although the subject matter is widely different, her unifying artistic element will be vivid color and intense energy.

Taylor Walker is a multifaceted Fine Artist & Illustrator specializing in portraits, murals, children's art, greeting cards, and encaustic paintings. A master of all mediums, there's nothing she can't handle, but most often creates in watercolor, colored pencil, acrylic, pen & ink, and encaustic.

A self-taught artist with a BA in Graphic Design from Purdue University, Taylor has been creating her entire life and can't imagine any other path. As a diehard animal lover, she is continually inspired by the beauty and innocence of animals.   She strives to encapsulate that, and her love of bright color, in her expressive animal watercolor paintings.
